Senior/ Clinic Officer (Admiralty)

Responsibilities

Administration & Operation

• Report to the Centre IC to maintain and upkeep the facilities according to demand and expectation
• Deliver services to meet Company's service standards
• Handle of patients' medical records and filing accordingly
• Help the booking of medical appointment and registration of patients
• Explain the dosage of medicine to the clients in need
• Obtain approval as contract indicated
• Manage patient expectation. Assist in handling complaints and improvement plan
• Clinical
• Carry out clinical duties such as blood-taking, ECG, physical check up formalities
• Assist the doctors
• Answer patient's inquiry on appointment booking, medical services or contract-related issues.
• Assist the doctors -related issues.

Compliance

• Ensure full compliance on any regulatory and legal requirements, e.g. occupational safety & health, clinical wastage disposal and operation etc.

Medical Contract Scheme

• Follow the administrative procedures of the corporate medical schemes to provide medical service, treatment as agreed and ensure the accurate communication and alignment.

Others

• Any related assignment as assigned by CIC

• HKDSE / HKCEE or above
• Good PC knowledge.
• Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience in providing duties for medical clinics. (Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Clinic Officer)
• Demonstrate effective communications skills, especially Chinese & English.
• Teamplayer.
• Previous experience in informal & formal HCA educational forum. Be able to work overtime as may be required.
• Initiative to upgrade skill and knowledge to cope with daily operations.
• Demonstrate ability to work indepently, especially in clinical skills.
• Act in a professional manner in all clinical dealings with other staff in the centre & the public.
