Job Description

As a Corporate Finance & IR professional, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing effective investor relations strategies in alignment with the company's goals.
Maintaining and fostering strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Preparing and presenting financial reports, investor presentations, and other communication materials.
Sourcing and engaging new investors (institutional, family offices, HNWIs)
Building and managing a strong investor pipeline and network
Leading capital raising efforts and close investment commitments
Maintaining relationships to drive repeat investments and upselling
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to investor communications.
Providing analysis and feedback to support strategic decision-making processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Finance & IR professional should have:

Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. CFA / CAIA / MBA is an advantage.
8+ years in Investor Relations, fundraising or related fields
Proven track record of raising capital or acquiring investors
Experience with investment products (PE, VC, hedge funds, asset management preferred)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and stakeholders.
