Senior Customer Service and Sales Admin Officer

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Handling customer orders from overseas customers and coordinating these orders with our factory in China.
• Order delivery management: assist in tracking order progress, coordinating with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and smooth delivery of shipments to clients. Resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries
• Responsible for shipping document preparation (invoice, packing list, others)
• Works with freight vendors in arranging freight movement to satisfy customer needs
• Provide administrative support and documentation for sales team
• Maintain customers and vendors master data. Manage the filing systems.
• Support sales activities, and any ad-hoc assignments. Being a team player to back up other functions of administration work.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 years in sales support, customer service or related roles.
• Experience in handling international shipment and logistics are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel is a plus.
