Job Description - Senior / Customer Service Manager - Branch Operation

What you will be doing:

  • Supervise counter service to ensure smooth and efficient branch operation in accordance with the relevant regulations, policies and guidelines

  • Ensure high quality of customer service and assist in resolving customers’ enquiries / complaints

  • Review branch operation procedures regularly to enhance work process and customer experience 

  • Identify opportunities for promoting banking products and services

  • Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

What we are looking for:

  • Diploma or above

  • Minimum 5 years’ banking experience

  • Solid knowledge of banking operation procedures, general banking products and regulatory requirements

  • Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good analytical and numerical skills

  • Strong self-motivation, independent and able to work under pressure

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Customer Service Manage
