Senior Derivatives Trader - Digital Assets

My client, a leading Digital Assets firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Derivatives Trader to join their high-performance trading desk. In this role, you will identify market opportunities, manage complex portfolio risk, and help scale the firm's trading infrastructure.

What you'll do:

• Execute profitable trading strategies across perpetuals, options, and derivatives markets.
• Monitor real-time portfolio performance, Greeks exposure, and key risk metrics.
• Diagnose and resolve live trading infrastructure issues and strategy anomalies.
• Contribute to the development of post-trade analytical tools and dashboards.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of profitable derivatives trading experience within a bank, prop firm, or market maker.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python, plus experience with C++ or Rust or Kdb is good to have.
• Deep understanding of derivatives pricing, hedging techniques, and risk management frameworks.
• Highly adaptable self-starter who thrives under pressure in high-stakes environments.
• Strong background in traditional finance with a keen interest in crypto assets.
• Prior experience trading crypto derivatives is preferred.
