Requirements

• Degree in Surveying / Business / Finance or a property related discipline
• A minimum of 12 years’ experience in valuation, land and development
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognized property professional institution, e.g. Chartered Surveyor (General Practice Division) or a professional member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors
• Well-versed with the government machinery and land administration and valuation procedures
• Ability to apply property investment and marketing techniques to enhance development potentials of large-scale projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as good network within the property industry and in the public sector

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and implementation of the Corporation’s wide-ranging property development projects in Hong Kong
• Coordinate with developers and government departments to ensure the developments are in compliance with Land Grants, Development Agreements and property sales launch in fulfilling the First-hand sales requirements , meeting the highest standards in design and build, along with optimal return to the Corporation
• Support the team in new property development studies and property market research
