About the role

Sr DevOps – Hong Kong Intact Lab 

Calling all DevOps, DecSecOps and Cloud Engineers in the Data and AI world!  We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team in Hong Kong.

Together, we're helping our customers protect what matters to them most through the power of data science, machine learning and AI. 

What you’ll do here:  

• Build and support using the latest cloud technologies for the EDP (Enterprise Data Platform) dedicated to the Hong Kong lab.
• Support the AI roadmap by provision the cloud infrastructure using AWS, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Leverage the latest IaC, CICD, and AI\GenAI\AgenticAI technologies to drive the automation and innovation.
• Implement proper security best practices and guardrails to protect Intact system, data and customers.
• Collaborate with Hong Kong and Canadian teams across different regions, occasional nighttime meeting with Canadian team is expected.

• Work within a multi-disciplinary environment mixing people from architect, Data Engineer, AI Developer, Data Scientists, Actuarial and Cybersecurity.

• All this, while keeping a good work-life balance.

What you bring to the table: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience5 to
• 8 years of experience related experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps.
• 2-3 years hands-on experience of managing and developing using Snowflake or/and Databricks or/and AWS SageMaker.
• Excellent experience in AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, Endpoint, Firewall, Secret Manager, Backup.
• Strong expertise in DevOps tools, including Terraform, Github, Jenkins, Gitlab, Kubernetes, Elastic Search, HashiCorp Vault, Dynatrace, DataDog.
• Solid understanding and implementation in the Cybersecurity best practice
• A self-starter, who can drive and follow through the initiatives from the beginning to the end.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
