Senior Digital Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join a leading global financial institution's Private Wealth Management business in Hong Kong. This role will drive the delivery of client-facing digital initiatives across web and mobile platforms, working closely with Product, Technology, UX, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Risk teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analysis within banking or financial services, with experience managing digital product delivery from concept through implementation in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, and strategic digital initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, user story creation, process mapping, workflow design, and solution documentation.
• Drive project delivery from feasibility assessment through implementation, including requirement analysis, UAT coordination, production rollout, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers to review wireframes, prototypes, and customer journeys to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Work alongside Technology, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk, and external vendors to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets while ensuring successful delivery within scope and schedule.
• Prepare project status updates, executive presentations, governance materials, and steering committee reports.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings, resolving cross-functional issues and driving consensus.
• Monitor production performance, coordinate issue resolution, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services.
• Experience delivering digital products across web and mobile platforms, from ideation through production.
• Exposure to Private Wealth Management or Wealth Management is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, UX, Technology, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk, and business users.
