Senior Document Controller

What we are looking for

• Manage administrative processes related to licenses, insurance policies, and government submissions or renewals.


• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and prepare regular status reports for the management team.


• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of all leasing contracts, vendor agreements, and related legal documents.


• Support daily operations, including handling team enquiries.


• Provide dedicated administrative and logistics support to the project teams.


• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement:

• Form 5 or above.


• Relevant experience in office administration and operations management is required.


• Good communication skills and good command of Chinese and English.


• Proficient in MS Office.


• Self-motivated, detail-minded, independent, high sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
