Job Description - Senior Finance BA - Insurance

Responsibilities

Engage with senior finance stakeholders (including CFOs and Heads of Finance) across the APAC markets to map current processes and gather detailed requirements.
Lead the design and implementation of a new, global FP&A process.
Translate finance function needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
Manage key workstreams, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience as Business Analyst/ Project Manager with Finance projects experience
Proven track record of delivering Finance transformation projects (ie. FP&A, Actuarial, or Financial Reporting)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.

Background in the Life Insurance is preferred
Experience with financial systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred
