Senior Finance Manager (Big 4 trained, Immediate Hire)

Your new role
We are seeking an experienced and highly reliable Senior Finance Manager to oversee the financial management and investment reporting of a private family office. This role requires a hands-on professional who can operate with discretion in a fast-paced environment.
Given business needs, candidates who are available to start immediately or on short notice will be strongly preferred.

What is your scope?
Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee full-spectrum accounting and financial reporting for family entities, trusts, and investment vehicles
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Oversee liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting across entities
• Optimize banking structures and manage relationships with financial institutions
• Supervise fund transfers, FX transactions, and treasury operations

Tax & Compliance

• Coordinate tax planning and compliance with external advisors across jurisdictions
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory obligations
• Maintain corporate structures and ensure compliance with legal and governance frameworks

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
• 8-12+ years of relevant experience, with Big 4 background
• High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
