Senior Finance Officer, Financial Reporting | Mid Cap Asian Securities

A Mid Cap Asian Securities firm is looking for an Accounting & Finance professional to join its finance team. This role offers broad exposure across accounting, investment reporting, FRR, treasury, and regulatory-related finance matters within a licensed corporation environment.

1. Prepare daily and monthly FRR reporting and support other licensed corporation reporting matters.
2. Handle investment reporting and valuation across products such as bonds, equities, funds, TRS, and structured products.
3. Support month-end closing, bank reconciliations, full-set accounts, and financial statement preparation.
4. Assist with treasury-related work, including payments, fund transfers, cheque handling, and client money segregation.
5. Coordinate with external auditors and support year-end reporting, tax filing, and head office reporting.

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally from a securities, brokerage, or licensed corporation environment.
3. Exposure to Chinese financial institutions would be advantageous.
4. Strong Excel skills, detail-minded, hands-on, and able to meet tight deadlines.
