Your New Company
We are working with a leading global digital asset and trading platform that is looking to appoint a senior product regulatory lawyer to support its continued international growth. This is a high impact, business facing role sitting at the heart of trading and product development, with responsibility for advising on complex regulated products and leading regulatory strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

Your New Role

• Provide senior legal and regulatory advice on trading and financial products, including spot, derivatives, and other structured offerings
• Act as a key legal partner to product, trading, and commercial teams across APAC and the Middle East
• Lead and manage a small, high performing legal team, providing strategic direction and hands on guidance
• Oversee regulatory engagement with regional regulators and external stakeholders
• Support product launches, new market entry, and jurisdictional expansion from a regulatory perspective
• Drive scalable regulatory frameworks in a fast moving, innovative environment

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 8 years PQE lawyer with strong in-house experience at a crypto platform, fintech, trading firm, exchange, or financial institution
• Deep expertise in trading products and product led regulatory advisory work
• Strong understanding of APAC regulatory regimes, with exposure to or interest in the Middle East
• Proven people management or team lead experience, or readiness to step into a leadership role
• Commercial, solutions oriented mindset with the ability to operate close to the business
