We are partnering exclusively with a well-established regional corporate bank to appoint a Senior Manager, Credit Risk. This is a senior individual-contributor role with strong Greater China Corporate exposure, supporting complex corporate lending transactions across Greater China covearge.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced credit professional looking to deepen regional coverage while working closely with front-office, product, and senior management teams in a stable yet dynamic platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end credit risk assessments for corporate clients, covering bilateral and syndicated facilities
• Review credit proposals, risk ratings, limit structures, covenant packages, and transaction terms
• Provide independent challenge to front-office on deal structuring, risk mitigants, and portfolio concentration
• Monitor portfolio performance, early warning signals, and problematic credits; recommend risk actions where required
• Contribute to regional credit policies, underwriting standards, and risk frameworks
• Act as a trusted risk partner to business stakeholders across the region and participate in credit committees as required

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in credit risk within corporate / commercial banking
• Strong hands-on underwriting experience across large corporates, regional conglomerates, or complex financing structures
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, cash-flow modeling, and credit documentation
• Experience working with regional stakeholders and cross-border exposures
• Confident communicator capable of engaging senior front-office and risk leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; CFA is an advantage
