Job Description

As a Senior Manager (Event & Operations), your main responsibilities will include:

Planning and executing high-impact events for the club ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless event experiences.
Managing event budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements during events.
Analyzing event performance and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Leading and mentoring a team to execute events with precision and professionalism.
Staying updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the event planning process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Manager (Event & Operations) should have:

Minimum 15+ years' experiences in event or operation management within the luxury hospitality/ Catering/ Membership Club industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events.
Good leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to event & operations planning.
A proactive and innovative mindset to drive event success.
Proficient in both spoken & written in English and Cantonese.
