Senior Manager, Group Procurement (Technology, Digital & IT Professional Services)

PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly experienced procurement professional to join Group Procurement, with a strong focus on Technology, Digital and IT Professional Services. This role will lead the sourcing and category management of external partners supporting technology delivery, including IT consulting, system integration, digital/technology advisory, managed services, and contingent workforce. The successful candidate will drive strategic sourcing, commercial excellence, and vendor performance across critical technology initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

Category Leadership

• Own and drive category strategy for Technology, Digital and IT Professional Services spend, aligning with Group priorities and transformation agenda

• Manage a broad supplier base including IT consulting firms, system integrators, and digital service providers

• Lead demand management, supplier rationalization, and value optimization initiatives

Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Excellence

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including market analysis, RFx execution, supplier selection, and contracting

• Structure and negotiate complex agreements (MSA, SOW, outcome-based and managed services models)

• Establish rate cards, benchmarking frameworks, and role-based pricing models for technology services

Vendor & Delivery Model Management

• Define and implement optimal engagement models (e.g. T&M, fixed price, managed services, milestone-based delivery) to support technology initiatives

• Manage supplier performance through KPIs/SLAs, governance forums, and regular reviews

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across key technology vendors

Risk, Governance & Compliance

• Lead vendor due diligence and third-party risk management across technology suppliers

• Ensure compliance with Group policies, regulatory requirements, and contract governance standards

• Support enterprise-wide vendor lifecycle and risk management frameworks

Stakeholder & Business Partnering

• Act as a trusted advisor to Technology, Digital, and business stakeholders on sourcing strategy and commercial structuring

• Partner closely with IT, Finance, Risk, and business units across markets

Transformation & Value Delivery

• Drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and measurable value outcomes across Technology and Digital Professional Services spend

• Support procurement transformation and continuous improvement of sourcing and P2P processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline

• Minimum 12 years of procurement experience with strong focus on Technology, Digital or IT Professional Services sourcing

• Proven experience managing sourcing for IT consulting, system integrators, or technology service providers

• Strong expertise in category management, contract structuring, and complex commercial negotiations

• Familiarity with technology domains such as cloud, AI, digital transformation, or managed services is preferred

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
