Work you'll do

• Leverage deep expertise in a particular package solution to make recommendations that enable client’s strategic agenda


• Advise and deliver on each facet of the package at each stage of the implementation cycle


• Comprehend technology solutions implementation lifecycle and advise client accordingly


• Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience


• Comprehend how the client’s business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices


• Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment


• Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients


• Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations


• Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instil confidence in clients


• Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery


• Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients

Your role as a leader:

• Lead client workshops to uncover business needs and translate these into detailed requirements


• Build and develop trusted client, internal and partner relationships


• Understands key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction


• Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people


• Delivers exceptional client service; maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders


• Develops high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities

We are looking for someone with

• A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Statistics or a related discipline is preferred. Other degree holder will also be considered;


• Experience in technology consulting environment;


• Programming experience in the following programming skills:

  • vue.js (JavaScript Framework for building Frontend Applications)

• Experience in system integration among Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and other systems


• Solid experience in Oracle database administration, prefer with Oracle DBA certificate


• Experience in cloud integration with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure


• Good verbal (fluency in English, Cantonese, and/or Putonghua) and written (English and Chinese) communication skills;


• Good team and interpersonal skills;


• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;


• Proven effectiveness of working independently and in teams


• Ability to work well under pressure.
