Description

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

  • Meet and maintain a positive relationship with clients by taking a consultative role as part of the Workplace Health and Wellness delivery. This requires the individual to offer advice and support to clients in developing Workplace Health and Wellness programmes while balancing Bupa’s commercial initiatives.
  • Strong presentation and influencing skills to manage the various day-to-day relationships. An advantage to have experience managing large multinational clients.
  • Lead the Workplace Health and Wellness team in the Hong Kong and be accountable for its cost centre and the management of its Opex.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Bupa, QHMS and Customer Transformation and Growth Team to influence, support and create opportunities for the innovation and new services.  Exchange market insights, build and prioritize work tasks and ensure a seamless service delivery.
  • Work closely with business partners in the planning and execution of tailormade wellness activities with selected clients including both onsite and online programme rollout, as well as the post event evaluation. 
  • Ensure wellness and vaccination programmes comply with Department of Health guidelines and internal clinical standards.

Blua Enhancement and Activation

  • Manage the relationship with the developers, including conversations around legal, compliance, support and development.
  • Responsible for building number of members and contributing to the improvement of the Blua app features, functionalities and user experiences, as well as the KPI setting, tracking and reporting.
  • Manage the community and campaign design for the group members. This includes idea generation to help drive activation and ongoing engagement with the group members.

Provider Management (non-medical)

  • Responsible for managing key relationships with key non-medical providers for wellness.
  • Lead and drive the process on identifying non-medical providers to continuously building on Bupa’s wellness offerings.

Viva Plus Committee

  • Participate in the Viva Plus programme as a committee member for Bupa in Hong Kong.
  • Set annual themes and plan for employee wellness.
  • Review communications, creation and processes for Viva Plus.


Requirements
  • Holder of Bachelor degree or Diploma.
  • Experience in event management, marketing or business development role.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a client facing role with knowledge in client servicing and account. management. Advantage to have experience in the healthcare or insurance field.
  • With understanding of public health and workplace/school health framework – Department of Health requirement
  • Clear demonstration of experience in back-office processes and systems.
  • Strong skills in using Microsoft Teams, Office, Power BI and Co-pilot.
  • Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills to analyse data and provide recommendation and decisions to internal and external customers.
  • Strong sense of compliance, ethics and integrity. The individual holds himself or herself to its decisions and actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Open to new ideas and suggestions.
  • Works well under pressure and tight timelines.
  • Good written English with strong Cantonese / Chinese writing skills.
