About the Role

The Company

Our client is a global wealth management firm based in Hong Kong. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the marketing team.

The Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and connect with target audiences
2. Manage marketing initiatives end-to-end, including client seminars and sales enablement events
3. Lead campaign execution for financial products and services
4. Partner with regional stakeholders in Hong Kong and the Headquarter team to ensure consistent marketing alignment
5. Embed product expertise, investment knowledge, and commercial thinking into every initiative
6. Lead, coach, and empower the marketing team to deliver high-quality results
7. Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize impact
8. Collaborate across teams, working closely with Sales, Product, and other departments
9. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
10. Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership in both Hong Kong and Headquarter

Your Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
2. Proven marketing leadership experience, ideally within financial services
3. Demonstrated track record of creating and delivering successful strategies and campaigns
4. Natural leader with experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
5. Strong communicator who builds cross-functional and cross-regional relationships
6. Commercially minded with a solid understanding of financial products
7. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently drives results
8. Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin proficiency required)
