Job Description
- Perform data input for account opening in the Core Banking System, and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained upon receipt of source documents from upstream departments.
- Update and maintain customer demographic information in the Core Banking System and respective systems upon receipt authenticated instructions from customers or Business units in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support signature scanning, indexing, and maintenance in the signature verification system.
- Prepare audit confirmation reports and bank reference letters by retrieving information from relevant databases and coordinating with supporting units; and arrange charge debits and perform related reconciliation.
- Coordinate with MG Services to arrange company searches, business registration searches/certificates, and land searches for overseas branches;
- and conduct monthly invoice verification and reconciliation.
- Perform AML name screening and review customer data against alerts received from Compliance, Head Office, solicitors, or the Official Receiver’s Office.
- Prepare and maintain daily registers, routine reports, and reconciliation schedules with accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
Job Requirements
- HKDSE / HKCEE or above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate cash or operations role within the banking industry, preferably with exposure to international or foreign banks.
- Strong knowledge of corporate account opening processes and account maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and deliver tasks within established SLAs and project timelines.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical, logical thinking, and follow‑up capabilities.
- Mature, collaborative team player with good communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
