Job Description - Senior Officer - Corporate Development, Office of the Chair

Responsibilities 



  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication 

  • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and ensure timely completion of tasks 

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes

  • Analyze store operations data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine the go-to-market approach

  • Prepare detailed report & deliver market insights to support strategic planning and decision-making processes

  • Take part in strategic planning and execution of online businesses and respective social media exposure

  • Support senior management on preparing business presentation materials and internal / external communications materials  

  • Take on ad hoc projects, events, and assignments as assigned by your superior, showcasing your versatility and initiative


 


Requirement 



  • Degree holder of any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in large corporations 

  • Strong business mindset, with knowledge of store operations would be an advantage 

  • Experience in retail marketing, including e-comm and social media management, is a plus

  • A good team player who possesses strong interpersonal skills, thrives in a multi-tasking environment, and has a keen eye for detail 

  • Good time management and able to work under pressure 

  • Demonstrate logical thinking and an innovative approach to business development

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills 

  • Strong language and interpersonal skills with good written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) 

  • Occasional travel as and when required
