The Job:
  • Manage and maintain partnership-relate, campaign data within internal systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Conduct regular data validation and reconciliation against source documents to uphold data integrity
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a proactive and efficient manner
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive business and partner information
  • Prepare and generate regular reports to support partnership performance tracking and decision-making
  • Develop and coordinate marketing collateral, including flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials, to support partnership initiatives
  • Organize and maintain marketing and partnership documentation in both digital and physical formats for easy retrieval and audit purposes
  • Provide administrative and operational support for partnership marketing activities, including campaign execution and coordination
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and initiatives to support the overall partnership marketing strategy

The Person:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in channel marketing or business support functions
  • Strong attention to detail with high standards of data accuracy and integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with data management systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information sensitively
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
