Job Description

Technical Skills
• End-to-end solution for financial, banking, investment or regulatory platforms.
• Knowledge of different software architectures and know when to implement them like 
microservices, monoliths, domain-driven designs, event-driven systems, etc…
• Deep understanding of coding standards, design patterns, and software best practices, with a 
proven track record of raising code quality and improving existing codebases.
• Technical guidance for development teams (coding standards, design reviews, architecture 
guardrails) 
• Close collaboration with Product Owners / Business Analysts / COO Office to translate business 
and regulatory requirements into scalable technical designs 
• Support for project managers / scrum masters on technical scope, dependencies, and risk 
assessment

Technical Stack
• Exposure to AI-assisted development, AI frameworks, and system integration with AI models in 
an enterprise context.
• Strong hands-on experience with backend development in Node.js, Python or Java.
• Solid experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue or Angular.
• Experience in REST / GraphQL API design and integration.
• Good knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS database design and optimization.
• Experience with cloud-native environments (e.g. Azure, OpenShift or equivalent) and CI/CD 
pipelines.
