Senior Project & Maintenance Manager - Property (Ref: 260000TT)

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team of multi-discipline professionals in overseeing operation, maintenance, alteration, refurbishment and renovation works of a portfolio of the residential properties managed by the Corporation to ensure good performance on safety, reliability, availability and cost-effectiveness 


• Manage manpower deployment, setting of safety and quality standards, determination of budgets, establishment of management processes and upkeeping of good performance of building assets in order to support the delivery of excellent services to the tenants / owners
   

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying or a related discipline
• A minimum of 12 years’ post-graduate experience in building/ building services systems maintenance and renovation, of which 4 years should be at managerial level
• Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution 
• Strong management and problem-solving skills as well as technical know-how
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Project & Maintenance Manager - Property position
