Senior Systems Engineer – Stable Long -term Career Development – 40K+

• Define system/solution architecture for business applications (components, databases, services, integrations)
  


• Design, operate, and maintain network and communication infrastructure
  


• Install and configure IT devices (servers, routers, switches, firewalls)
  


• Provide day-to-day IT support including operations, performance, and system recovery
  


• Monitor systems health, performance, batch processing, and support facilities 24/7
  


• Design and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans; lead periodic drills
  


• Perform capacity planning and resource sizing based on workload projections and industry trends
  


• Provide after-hours and ad-hoc system support
  


• Manage vendor services and ensure quality IT support for users
  

Requirements

• Degree or above in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
  


• Minimum 6 years of experience in:
  




• System architecture
  


• Network infrastructure
  


• Business application support
  




• Familiarity with:
  




• MS Dynamics, Power Automate, SAP, POS, Property Management Systems, and AI (advantageous)
  


• Firewall management, PAM (Privileged Access Management), and EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)
  




• Certifications such as CCNA / CISSP are a plus
  


• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills
