To succeed in this role, you'll need to be customer-focused, proactive, and able to work well under pressure. You'll need to be able to handle cash and non-cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while also identifying opportunities to promote our products and services to customers.
What you do
Process cash and non-cash transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Promote OCBC's products and services to customers, such as accounts, loans, and credit cards
Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Who you are
A degree or diploma in any field is desirable, or candidates who possess relevant work experience equivalent to the required academic standard will also be reviewed
Minimum 1 year experience in counter service in retail banking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
