Job Description - Senior Treasury Marketing Manager (GM-Corporate Sales)

Responsibilities:

To implement business strategy of treasury functions and responsible for meeting the profit objectives set.
With solid financial product and risk knowledge and experience, and reasonable sensitivity to the market, dynamically capture customer needs and potential market opportunities.
Focus on customer needs, and sensitive to risks. Always pay attention to compliance principles, and being efficient and effective.
To implement all policies / guidelines as decided by BOC Limited/ BOC Hong Kong/Management in relation to the smooth running of the treasury operations.
To ensure all rules and regulations, internal and external policies and guidelines pertaining to all treasury operations including foreign exchange and money market operations are complied with at all times.
To ensure dealing limits set by Management are adhered to strictly and to report any breach to HO / Management for immediate ratification.
Ensure that the Bank's liability requirements are funded in the most effective and economical way.
To maintain a portfolio of quality and marketable money market instruments for investment, aimed at optimizing returns within the framework of acceptable risks as approved by HO /Management.
Coach, guide and transfer the banking skills, knowledge and technicalities to staff.
Keep abreast with Financial Market Policies of BOCHK and BOC Limited and to conduct review on the policies, recommend for necessary enhancements/localization for better alignment of practices, whilst conforming to local regulatory framework.
Willing to work at the Southeast Asian branch of BOCHK.

Requirements:

Professional qualifications in CFA, FRM and equivalent will be an advantage.
10+ years relevant working experience in financial market, including products, money market liquidity management, etc.
Profound knowledge and understanding of the relevant regulations and policies of the financial markets.
Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
Problem solver with a positive attitude.
Strong determination and sense of responsibility.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
