Senior UX Designer Wealth Management

My client is looking for a Senior UX Designer who thrives on complexity and is passionate about crafting elegant, research-backed solutions. The Role
As a key member of our product design team, you will partner with Domain Leads and Product Owners to drive the design vision across our suite of applications. You will be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, ensuring our tools are not only functional but also intuitive and empowering.

What You'll Do

• Drive End-to-End Design: Lead the product design process from initial discovery and problem definition through to execution and implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Advocate for the User: Conduct impactful user research to uncover deep insights into user behaviors, motivations, and pain points, translating these findings into actionable design solutions.
• Craft Holistic Solutions: Design and deliver optimized experiences for both web and mobile interfaces, working closely with engineers to ensure your designs are faithfully implemented.
• Design for the Ecosystem: Apply service design principles (such as journey mapping and blueprinting) to understand the full end-to-end user journey across various touchpoints, ensuring our products integrate seamlessly.
• Communicate with Clarity: Create and present a diverse range of design artifacts—including user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes—to communicate your strategic vision to stakeholders.
• Collaborate & Advocate: Work within multidisciplinary teams across the organization, actively participating in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and workshops. Champion accessibility by ensuring all designs meet WCAG and ADA standards.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years of professional UX design experience with a proven track record of launching successful digital products.
• Skill Depth: Strong proficiency across the UX spectrum (Research, IA, Interaction Design, Strategy) with a particular depth in one or more areas. You are comfortable using modern design tools, including Figma and AI-enabled prototyping software.
• Research-Infused Mindset: You treat research not as a phase, but as a core part of the process. You have hands-on experience using data and qualitative feedback to validate concepts and drive design decisions.
• Systems Thinker: You possess exposure to service design methods and have experience designing within complex, interconnected product ecosystems.
• Problem Solver: You enjoy tackling highly ambiguous problems and have the resilience and creativity to navigate complex financial data and user needs.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
