The Job

• Independently complete topic planning for short videos, writing engaging and easily shareable scripts suitable for voice-over or narrative formats, transforming insurance knowledge into accessible and entertaining content
• Manage daily operations across multiple platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) (content publishing, interaction management), develop and execute a content calendar, and coordinate with brand activities and product launch timelines
• Track the conversion of insurance content, develop advertising strategies, continuously monitor advertising effectiveness, and optimize content performance

The Person

• 2-3 years of experience in social media/content marketing, with the ability to write short video scripts; experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, and familiarity with the content styles of each platform
• Understanding of the basics of Meta Ads / YouTube Ads, with a fundamental knowledge of advertising placement
• Deliver results in a timely, relevant, and effective manner
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
