Pay

HK$$27,413 to HK$51,313 (HGPS Point 9 to 21) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Provide psycho-social assessment and intervention.

2.

Organize empowerment and educational programs for patients and caregivers.

3.

Conduct mutual support and therapeutic groups.

4.

Develop and manage volunteer services and volunteer management system.

5.

Coordinate community partnership programs.

6.

Any job-related duties assigned by senior.

Entry Requirements

1.

A diploma in Social Work from a local academic institution or equivalent.

2.

Registration with and a valid registration certificate issued by the Hong Kong Social Workers Registration Board.

3.

Fluency in written English and Chinese as well as spoken English and Cantonese.

Preferred Attributes / Exposure

1.

(a) Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent. 

OR 

(b) Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education, or equivalent.

Preferable working experience in mental health service / patient care service / family service.
