Job Description - Sourcer (HR) - APAC Technology Hiring, Global Securities

Your new company

We are partnering with a leading global securities firm to hire a Sourcer - APAC Technology Hiring Team to support hiring across its growing Technology division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, where you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top technology talent across the APAC region.

Your new role

Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs across Technology functions.
Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and market mapping.
Conduct market mapping exercises to identify key talent pools, competitor landscapes, and emerging skill sets within the APAC technology market.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across APAC.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess suitability and interest.
Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor analysis to support hiring strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations and cultures within the APAC region.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process.

What you'll need to succeed

2-5 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably within Technology hiring in the Financial Services industry.
Experience supporting hiring within financial services, investment banking, or global corporates is a plus.
Strong understanding of the APAC talent market, particularly within Technology domains.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages would be an advantage.
