Key Accountabilities:

• Welcomes, advises, and supports guest enquiries and bookings of The Peninsula Spa and Fitness Centre


• Promotes and sells spa services and products to guests to maximize sales potential


• Handles scheduling of guest reservations with accuracy


• Ensures guests' spa and fitness journey is smooth from check in to check out


• Conducts daily opening and closing procedures 

General Requirements:

• Related experience in luxury hotels or spa front of house or reception


• Knowledge in spa computerised booking systems is an advantage


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Fluent in spoken and written English. Good command of Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage


• Demonstrates passion for guest care
