Responsibilities
Strategic Customer Acquisition and Referral Management:
Strategically drive the acquisition of DBS Treasures customers
Actively seek and convert client referrals into new Treasures account openings.
Ensure all account opening processes are clearly communicated and referral programs are effectively managed to maximize conversions and maintain compliance.
Continuously monitor and analyze referral performance to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Manage Partner referral program including monthly payment
Partnership Cultivation and Engagement:
Cultivate and leverage robust external and internal partnerships to achieve acquisition goals and enhance referral numbers.
Proactively acquire new, high-quality partners from target markets to ensure sustained growth in account referrals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing clear explanations of account opening processes, referral programs, and addressing all partner inquiries promptly and accurately.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to foster loyalty and maximize collaboration.
Partner On-boarding Management:
Guide partners meticulously through the partner on-boarding application process, ensuring the submission of complete and accurate documentation.
Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of partner applications, including preliminary due diligence, comprehensive risk analysis, and stringent compliance checks to ensure seamless processing and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Maintenance of on-boarded partners including yearly review and termination.
Event and Seminar Management:
Meticulously plan and execute impactful events and seminars specifically designed for customer engagement and acquisition, focusing on showcasing DBS Treasures offerings to Mainland Chinese clients.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges related to Treasures account opening and referrals, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for both partners and clients.
Act as a liaison between partners, clients, and internal departments to facilitate efficient problem-solving.
Process Improvement and Compliance:
Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively contribute to enhancing workflows, systems, and overall operational efficiency related to referrals and account opening.
Ensure all activities, particularly partner engagement, on-boarding, and referral processes, strictly adhere to DBS's compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, prioritizing client satisfaction and data security.
Requirements
Experience in channel partnership, or related financial services 1-3 years prefer
Strong knowledge of account opening, banking products and financial regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education above undergraduate is expected.
Self-disciplined, quality customer service-oriented, with good communication and coordination skills.
Conscientious, efficient, and accurate handling of documents.
Mandarin and Cantonese are preferred.
