Sr Mgr ODM Program

The Senior Manager ODM Program is a critical, high-impact role responsible for end-to-end execution of ODM projects across Asia. This individual will operate as a control-tower owner, managing ODM partners, timelines, costs, and data readiness\u2014ensuring products move quickly from concept approval to production with discipline and visibility.\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Do: \n\nODM Program \u0026 Partner Execution\n\n * Own execution of assigned ODM programs from concept approval through production and shipment\n * Act as the primary interface between Hasbro and ODM partners/factories in partnership with Sourcing Team\n * Drive timelines, manage critical path milestones, and proactively surface risks\n * Hold ODM partners accountable to cost, schedule, and quality commitments\n * Cost, Margin \u0026 Schedule Discipline\n * Validate product costing and margin targets in partnership with Finance\n * Track cost evolution and flag margin or feasibility risk early\n * Ensure tooling readiness, MOQ alignment, and production feasibility prior to production approval\n * Systems, Data \u0026 Commercial Readiness\n * Ensure all product data is accurately and timely loaded into Hasbro systems (item setup, BOMs, specs, costing, packaging)\n * Maintain data integrity to support sell-in, revenue tracking, and performance reporting\n * Coordinate smooth handoff into commercialization and supply execution\n * Quality \u0026 Compliance Coordination\n * Partner with Hasbro QA teams to confirm safety, quality, and compliance pathways early\n * Support issue resolution and corrective actions as needed\n\n\n\nWhat You\u2019ll Bring\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.\n * 10\u201315+ years of experience in ODM, joint model of OEM \u0026 ODM, product development, or manufacturing program management.\n * Strong hands-on experience working with Asia-based factories and ODM partners\n * Deep understanding of costing, BOM structures, tooling, and production timelines\n * Strong judgment, communication, and escalation skills\n * Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across regional and global teams.\n\n\n\nPreferred Skills \u0026 Qualifications\n\n * Experience working across Asia markets and within global matrix organizations.\n * Experience in toys, consumer products, sourcing, or other multi-SKU, fast-cycle industries.\n * Experience in ODM, supplier-led development, or commercialization models.\n * Fluent English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be an advantage.\n\n\n
