Job Summary



  • Assist banquet manager to oversee and ensure a smooth operation of all events and functions

  • Ensure service standards are met and in compliance with hotel's brand values

  • Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction 


Job Requirements



  • 5 years of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry

  • A team player with outgoing personalities

  • Passionate and service oriented 

  • Good command of spoken Chinese and English
