Job Title: Supervisor, Registrar & Transfer Agency, Hedge Fund Administration 

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Transfer Agency operations for both open-ended and closed-ended funds
• Process subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls/distributions accurately and timely
• Perform KYC/AML reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Handle FATCA/CRS classifications, reporting and documentation
• Liaise with clients, investors, and internal teams on enquiries and issue resolution
• Review and supervise junior staff’s work to ensure accuracy and service quality
• Support audits, regulatory filings, and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency or fund operations
• Familiarity with open-ended and closed-ended fund structures
• Working knowledge of KYC/AML, FATCA and CRS requirements
• Prior Transfer Agency experience is a strong advantage
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency required
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in client-facing roles
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
