Salary\: HK$15,589 to HK$29,022 (HGPS point 0 - 10) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities\: 

1. To be responsible for issuing and distribution of goods.
2. To be responsible for receipt of goods including quantity and quality checking and putting goods on shelves.
3. To maintain the accuracy of stock by means of periodical stock checks and annual stock taking including the report of any discrepancy to his/her supervisor.
4. To perform replenishment of stock, forecast returns and raise order requisitions.
5. To assist in the preparation monthly statistical reports.
6. Use Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to handle supplies function and support users in using the system in initiating purchase request.
7. Provide day-to-day clerical support to the unit.
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Entry requirements:

1. Serving staff in the substantive rank of Supplies Attendant with at least 2 years of satisfactory service in that rank. Or

Preferred Attributes:

1. Proficiency in PC application, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and Good typing skills.

2. Two years clerical or related experience, preferably in hospital or health care settings.

3. Familiar with HA supplies system, e.g. ERPS, AMS and ICS system.

5. Able to work independently, under pressure and take on multiple tasks.
