System Analyst

Role Summary

A Senior System Analyst role within the Information Technology Department, focused on finance system implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications. The role involves working closely with business users and vendors to deliver effective IT solutions and ensure smooth system delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance system project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, timeline tracking, and UAT support
• Support system enhancement, process improvement, and application change initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver IT solutions
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
• Support system testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst / ERP Analyst in finance systems
• Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion / Finance ERP implementation projects
• Strong understanding of finance modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting or equivalent)
• Experience in system integration, data migration, or application enhancement
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel
• Fluent in English; Chinese and Mandarin preferred
