Technician - Building Facilities - Station Retail Technical Team (Ref: 260000DK)

Responsibilities

• Implement inspection, minor works, interface works and fault handling for station shops

• Perform the role of Competent Person to supervise contractor to ensure all their work in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and the Railway Safety Rules (RSR) 

• Liaise with contractor and other stakeholders to provide expert advice on Station/Commercial facilities

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience


• Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Building Services Engineering / Building or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 2 years’ post apprenticeship experience

Remarks

• Candidates with extensive experience but lower qualification will also be considered


• Required to perform shift duties and work on weekend and public holidays, when and where required


• The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme.
