Technology Private Equity Investment Director/Executive Director

You will be a key member of the investment team, originating and evaluating high‑growth opportunities, shaping investment strategy, and partnering directly with founders and executives to drive transformational value creation. You will take full ownership across the entire deal lifecycle and play a pivotal role in defining the long‑term success and direction of the fund. Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with stakeholders to lead all phases of the investment process.
2. Maintain deep networks across founders, CEOs, advisors and ecosystem partners to support deal origination.
3. Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, financial modelling, and valuation.
4. Partner with portfolio company management teams to execute growth initiatives and monitor business performance.
5. Contribute to firm‑wide investment strategy, fundraising activities, and best‑practice development.
6. Represent the firm externally at industry events, conferences and ecosystem roundtables.
7. Conduct ongoing financial and operational reviews, identifying risks, strategic opportunities, and value‑creation levers.

Qualifications

1. Over 10 years in private equity with proven deal execution experience in technology/AI or related sectors.
2. Proven track record of leading and closing complex transactions.
3. Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
4. Proven deal execution experience in technology or financial institution sectors.
5. Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives, founders, and stakeholders.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
8. Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset.
9. High intellectual curiosity, strong business judgment.
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin.
