Technology Transformation Manager

Work on:
- As Hong Kong IT Lead. Manage team across infrastructure, application and service delivery.
- Provide internal consultancy and presentation to C-Level on overall IT strategy, roadmap, blueprint and budget.
- Oversee IT Operation across back-office and store level.
- As one of the member within leadership team to business partnering across BUs
- Demonstrate strong understanding to retail process and discover areas of improvement/ re-engineering. Initiate, source and introduce new tools to facilitate digital transformation
- Manage operations and drive projects across business and retail applications including POS, WMS, CRM etc.
- Upbeat with the latest technologies in town, drive upgrade in digital product/ solutions (web, mobile, MarTech, RPA/ AI etc.) infrastructure, server, cloud platforms and security
- As Project Leader to drive end to end projects in Agile/ Hybrid, bridge between vendors and stakeholders

Require:
- Bachelor in Information Management or relevant disciplines
- 8+ years in MIS/ IT Management with focus on IT Applications
- Experience in team management; best if the candidate has experience in managing all functions within IT
- Strong in IT Business Partnering, innovative, confident and professional manner in developing trust with business leaders and C-Level
- Strong in business process re-engineering and driving large scale digital transformation
- Experience in both enterprise and retail applications e.g. POS/ ERP/WMS is preferred
- Experience in digital products and cloud platforms including e-Commerce, AI/ RPA, MarTech, O365, BI/ Analytics Platforms is a huge plus
- Understanding across server, network, infrastructure, cyber and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent command in Cantonese; fluent in English and Mandarin
