Temporary Administrative Assistant (Ref: 260000TA)

Responsibilities

• Provide general clerical support, such as maintaining digital documentation systems and records, data entry, reporting, and drafting English-language reports, documents, and presentations
• Conduct desktop research and other administrative duties as assigned
• Preparation and organization of training sessions and materials

Requirements

• Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE
• Excellent written and spoken English fluency is required; Chinese fluency is an advantage but not essential
• A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience
• Be meticulous, responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as English word processing, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity and ability to use digital tools and platforms such as Notion and AI

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on a six-month temporary contract terms
• Fresh Graduates with higher qualifications (e.g. BA or BEng) will also be considered
