The team

Join an international team of experienced consultants with backgrounds in management consulting and banking. The role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large-scale banking transformation initiatives focused on Operational Excellence, Risk and Process Transformation. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to governance, execution and reporting, while driving process simplification, automation and cost optimisation. You will also manage senior stakeholders across business, IT and operations, support risk assessments and remediation initiatives, mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development activities.

The requirements

• Experience: 8–12 years of experience in management consulting or banking operations.
• Operational Excellence: Proven track record in operational efficiency, process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma or business transformation projects.
• Project Management Strong programme and project management capabilities, with experience managing complex, end-to-end transformation initiatives. PMP, Agile or Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
• Stakeholder Management:Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business, IT, operations and regulatory functions.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional, international teams and manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk & Transformation: Experience in risk assessment, remediation, process optimisation and the development of transformation roadmaps.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Hindi or other Indian languages would be an advantage.
