The Company

Our client is a leading financial institution and they are seeking for sales support candidate to join their team.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Policy Issuance & Quality Control:
• Conduct rigorous quality checks on policy contracts to ensure absolute accuracy before distribution.
• Coordinate the dispatch of finalized policy documents to external business partners.
• Maintain and update internal databases; proactively collaborate with Underwriters, Case Managers, and Directors to resolve any document discrepancies.
• After-Sales & Policy Servicing:
• Partner with management to process a diverse range of post-sale requests from distribution channels, including ownership/beneficiary updates, policy features, surrenders, claims, and collateral assignments.
• Monitor the existing in-force policy portfolio regularly to ensure compliance and up-to-date tracking.
• Administration & System Management:
• Manage daily incoming/outgoing mail and courier logistics, ensuring internal records are updated accordingly.
• Execute precise and timely data entry into core policy administration systems.
• Provide administrative support for the upkeep and maintenance of the broker portal.
• Team Support:
• Assist in drafting operational manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the Team Head.

Your Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma holder or above. Energetic fresh graduates with relevant internship or work experience are welcome to apply.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in policy administration or insurance operations is highly advantageous, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with life insurance operations.
• Skills & Competencies: * Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, positive, and results-driven attitude.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
