Job Description

As a Treasury & ALM Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting asset and liability management operations to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Preparing and analyzing reports for liquidity, interest rate risk, and balance sheet management.
Collaborating with internal teams to optimize funding strategies and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Monitoring market trends and providing insights to improve financial performance.
Assisting in the development and implementation of ALM policies and procedures.
Ensuring accurate data management and reporting within the accounting and finance department.
Providing support for internal and external audits related to ALM activities.
Participating in special projects and initiatives as required by the department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Treasury & ALM Associate should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of ALM principles and financial regulations within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
