Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and foster business growth.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborating with internal teams to structure and deliver customized financial products and services.
Conducting market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about financial services industry trends.
Managing the end-to-end sales process, including client presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
Preparing and presenting regular sales performance reports to senior management.
Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance overall team performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

A degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
Proven expertise in corporate sales within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
Ability to work strategically and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with the regulatory environment in Hong Kong's financial sector.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
