Job Description - User Strategy & App Operations

Key Responsibilities:



  • User Lifecycle Strategy & Operations: Drive automated touchpoints across core scenarios, including new user activation, existing user frequency uplift, and churned user win-back. Build differentiated incentive mechanisms to continuously increase the penetration rate of value-added benefits and overall platform retention.

  • In-App Campaign Planning & Execution: Centered around business growth and feature launch schedules, lead the design, resource coordination, and post-evaluation of in-app operational campaigns. Take full ownership of the ultimate conversion metrics.

  • Loyalty Points System Design & Lean Operations: Expand the gameplay mechanics and application scenarios of the in-app points system. Continuously optimize the issuance and redemption loops to achieve efficient resource allocation and cost optimization.

  • Data-Driven Collaboration & Agile Iteration: Work closely with data analysts to accurately translate business requirements into user tagging and data extraction logic. Lead agile data reviews and rolling iterations after strategies are launched.


Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in STEM, Business, Marketing, or E-commerce are preferred.

  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English; comfortable working in a globalized office environment.

  • Core Mindset: Exceptional logical thinking and data sensitivity. Proven ability to translate data insights into definitive operational strategies and localized, multilingual outreach copy.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent cross-departmental teamwork skills. Capable of smoothly deconstructing complex operational needs into rule-based logic to align efficiently with data analysts, data warehouse engineers, and front/back-end developers.

  • Industry Background: Proven experience in full-lifecycle user operations or campaign growth within Internet Finance, Cross-border Payments, Fintech, or Web3 B2C products. Must possess a global user operations perspective.

  • Bonus Points: Proficiency in using AI tools to increase efficiency in producing multilingual outreach copy, OR experience in managing and launching lightweight product feature iterations.
