About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with a multi-licensed financial group engaged in asset management (Type 1, 4, and 9 regulated activities).We are hiring an operational leader to partner with the Head of Operations – Investment Management across our investment management and alternative solutions businesses. This position balances hands-on execution with strategic process enhancement across fund operations, reporting, and alternative investment workflows.

About your role

• Core Operations: Direct transaction lifecycle execution, reconciliations, account maintenance, nominee administration, and fund reporting.

• Business Intelligence: Develop MIS reports, risk metrics, and performance analysis for senior management.

• Ecosystem Coordination: Act as the primary operational liaison for fund managers, administrators, custodians, software providers, and internal teams.

• Digital Transformation: Champion automation and AI integration (including Copilot) to elevate productivity and operational workflows.

• Governance & Leadership: Oversee risk management, maintain regulatory compliance, and mentor junior team members.

What you will need to succeed

• 8–12 years in alternative investment and fund operations.

• Expert knowledge of alt-fund structures, control environments, and market regulations.

• Hands-on experience coordinating with external custodians, fund admins, and auditors.

• Detail-oriented operator with strong analytical skills and AI tool fluency (Copilot).
