Job Description

• Develop and onboard new client and maintain exisiting client relationship aligned with UOB Hong Kong's overall business objectives.
• Fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective delivery of departmental goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Oversee the development and implementation of new products, services, or processes.
• Manage resources, and operational efficiency within the department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Represent UOB Hong Kong at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on market trends and competitive landscape.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulatory frameworks in Hong Kong.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Holder of ECF on Credit Risk Management (CRM) accredited by The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) is preferred
