Vice President/Senior Associate, Financial Institutions Department

Job Description

1. Focus on the development, coverage, and execution of key projects for local Hong Kong and overseas financial institution clients;

2. Provide comprehensive risk management solutions related to offshore futures for financial institutions;

3. Focus on and analyze market trends and customer needs, and proactively innovate service models and solutions;

4. Formulate institutional business development plans and achieve performance targets in accordance with the department’s annual performance goals;

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the department or superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, economics, marketing, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred;

2. Two or more years of experience in business development, client service, or project execution with Hong Kong or overseas financial institution clients;

3. Proficient in institutional client development and service skills, with professional communication, presentation, and business pitching abilities;

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English; IELTS score of 7 or above preferred;

5. Strong team collaboration and self-learning abilities.

6. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
